I am sure, when using Joomla administration interface you also met the problem, if there are a lot of settings, you should scroll a lot to save the new options.
To solve this problem, we have developed a plugin which sticks up the Joomla toolbar box to the top of your window, if you have scrolled down the page. So you can access the necessary functions more faster.
We have also added a plus feature. If you are using Firefox and you press Ctrl+S (Cmd+S), it will save the module settings, so you shouldn't click on the Save button.

Thank you so much for this tool. I prefer to view all of my settings with "All" selected (because I feel it is easier to scroll than to switch pages). This is truly a wonderful plugin.
